Terms and Conditions

1. Licenses are billed as they become available in the Microsoft Tenant.
2. Licenses remain active until cancellation is submitted.
3. Monthly licenses require one calendar month notice.
4. Upgraded licenses are billed at the full cost of the upgraded license cost.
5. Annual licenses can only be cancelled at the end of the annual term (12 months following start of license).
